Attorney Dana E. Lipp JD, CPA

Ms. Lipp, CPA, Attorney, has been practicing law for 20 years. With an accounting background, Ms. Lipp began her career working in tax and corporate transactions for nine years at Winstead PC, a leading Texas based law firm with a national practice. Later serving as general counsel to SubroSmart, an insurance subrogration firm, and most recently running her own law firm, Lipp Legal PLLC, Ms. Lipp has specialized in receiverships. Ms. Lipp serves as court-appointed Receiver in state and federal courts, for the purposes of asset recovery and asset preservation and security. She also serves as counsel to court-appointed Receivers. In her receivership practice, Ms. Lipp applies detailed tracing of assets and funds, and account capture, real property seizure and sale, and litigation to recover fraudulent transfers of assets.

Dana received her Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) and Master in Professional Accounting (M.P.A.) with honors from The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business in its nationally acclaimed Business Honors Program and Master in Professional Accounting program. Dana also received her Juris Doctor (J.D.), with honors, from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law in 2005.
